【 Rule #01 】 Respect Modders Decisions

​

• Do not repost or redistribute mods from active, reachable creators without their consent. If a mod is shared on AyakaMods by its author, respect that decision.
• If the author is no longer active or has passed away, you may repost their mod on AyakaMods with full credit.
• If you tried to contact the author and received no response within 2 months, you may repost their mod on AyakaMods with full credit.
• If the site hosting the mod is shutting down or facing takedown, you may archive and repost it on AyakaMods with full credit.
• In all cases, you shall credit the original author by name in the mod description.

【 Rule #02 】 One Account Per Person

​

Creating multiple accounts is prohibited under any circumstance. Accounts may not be shared. You are the sole authorized user of your account. Violations result in a permanent ban.​

【 Rule #03 】 No Hacking or Privacy Violations

​

• ◈ Any hacking attempt or threat will result in a permanent ban. Legal action may be pursued.
• ◈ Do not attempt to access or steal accounts that are not yours.
• ◈ Impersonation of any member or staff, including similar names, signatures, or avatars, is strictly forbidden. Offending accounts will be altered or removed without notice.

【 Rule #04 】 No Advertising or Promotion

​

Advertising and self-promotion are prohibited in all areas threads, signatures, gallery, profile pages, and everywhere else. Posts in violation will be deleted without notice, and further action may follow. Sharing links to external sites for non-promotional, discussion-enhancing purposes (e.g. YouTube, GameInformer) is permitted.​

​

Each forum section has a designated topic. Always ensure your thread is relevant to the section you are posting in. Misplaced threads will be moved. Repeated offenses will be subject to administrative action.​

​

Keep all replies relevant to the thread's subject. Do not derail discussions with unrelated tangents. Frequently off-topic members are subject to administrative action.​

【 Rule #07 】 No Forum Flooding or Spam

​

• ◈ Do not post consecutively in the same thread. Use the Edit button to update your post.
• ◈ Spam, one-liners, emoji-only posts, and nonsense posts will be deleted on sight.
• ◈ Post in clear, readable English. Unreadable or internet-language posts will be removed.
• ◈ Do not flood the forum with multiple threads in a short period, especially if redundant or irrelevant.
• ◈ Always search before creating a new thread. Duplicate threads will be merged or deleted.
• ◈ Mass image or video dumps are not allowed. Adult images must be placed in spoiler tags.

【 Rule #08 】 Respect & Common Courtesy

• ◈ Respect the opinions of all members, even when they differ from your own. Debate with words, not insults.
• ◈ Racist, prejudiced, or inflammatory remarks targeting anyone's race, culture, religion, gender, or country are completely intolerable and will result in severe punishment.
• ◈ Every member is equal in post count, reputation, and join date grant no special authority over others.
• ◈ Bickering, public callouts, and drama will be removed immediately. Warnings will be issued to all involved parties.
• ◈ Discussions regarding politics and religion are not permitted. This forum is a neutral, welcoming space for everyone.

【 Rule #09 】 No Flaming or Provocation

• ◈ If someone breaks a rule, politely remind them and use the Report button, do not publicly shame them.
• ◈ Do not attack others over differing opinions. Walk away and move on.
• ◈ Provocative posts and threads will be deleted. Repeat offenders face a permanent ban.
• ◈ Flaming, insulting, or humiliating staff in any form will be dealt with quickly and harshly.

【 Rule #10 】 Signature & Avatar Guidelines

​

• ◈ Signatures and avatars must be work-safe. No extreme violence, exposed genitalia, or gore is permitted.
• ◈ Graphic signature space is limited to 500×300px maximum (up to 3 images within that space).
• ◈ Stealing or altering another member's signature is strictly prohibited.
• ◈ Embedded or linked images in signatures may only link to the image's own domain. Exception: portfolio sites like DeviantArt.
• ◈ Banners, club art, or long lyrics in signatures must be placed inside spoiler tags.

【 Rule #11 】 Image Hotlinking

​

While hotlinking is not banned, we strongly encourage hosting your images on dedicated image hosts (e.g. PhotoBucket, TinyPic). Hotlinking without permission causes dual-traffic issues and can result in broken or replaced images.​

【 Rule #12 】 Bumping & Necroing Threads

​

Bumping a thread is acceptable if there is a valid reason. However, necroing (reviving threads that have been dead or irrelevant for a very long time) is not tolerated. Posting in threads a few months old is acceptable, but making it a habit is not.​

【 Rule #13 】 Language & Respectful Communication

​

Members may post in any language are a global community. However, provide translations when needed for broader understanding. Mild cursing may be tolerated, but excessive profanity is not allowed, especially outside adult-designated sections. No cursing is permitted in status updates. Remember that minors also use this platform.​

【 Rule #14 】 User Content & Copyright

​

We do not screen posted content in advance. If your copyrighted material is being used without permission on this forum, report the member and contact an administrator with a link to the infringing content along with proof of ownership. We will review and remove infringing content within an acceptable timeframe.​

【 Rule #15 】 Age Appropriateness

​

This forum is best suited for members 13 years and older. We are not responsible for the content you may find offensive. Content posted by members does not reflect the views of AyakaMods. We reserve the right to correct wrongdoings. Please review the Terms of Service you agreed to at registration for more details on liability.​

【 Rule #16 】 Linkvertise & Ad-Gated Links Are Strictly Forbidden

​

Linkvertise and any similar ad-locking or content-gating services are completely banned on AyakaMods. These platforms force users to view advertisements, complete tasks, install apps, or wait through timers before they can access the actual download or content link. This is considered exploitative behavior toward our community members and goes against the spirit of free, open mod sharing.​

​

This includes but is not limited to: Linkvertise, Loot-Link, Sub2Unlock, AdFly, Sh.st, [Site is blocked reason: advertising is not allowed], and any other service that gates or monetizes access to content at the expense of the end user.​

​

• ◈ Do not post any Linkvertise or ad-locked URL anywhere on AyakaMods, this includes mod download pages, threads, profiles, signatures, or the Shoutbox.
• ◈ If a mod is found using such links, it will be removed without notic,e and the uploader will receive a warning.
• ◈ Repeat offenders will face a permanent ban.
• ◈ If you see a mod or post using Linkvertise, please report it immediately using the report button.

AyakaMods exists to provide a free and open modding community. Monetizing download links at users' expense is not something we will tolerate under any circumstances.​

【 Rule #17 】 All Mods Must Be Free, No Paid or Paywalled Content

​

AyakaMods is, and will always remain, a free platform. Every mod shared here must be available to all members at no cost. Charging money, placing content behind paywalls, requiring subscriptions (e.g. Patreon-exclusive mods), or offering "early access" versions for paying users only is strictly against our platform values.​

​

Donations are welcome and encouraged if you appreciate a modders work, you are free to support them voluntarily. However, donations must never be a condition for accessing the mod. The download must always be publicly available to everyone, regardless of whether they donate.​

​

• ◈ Do not upload mods that require payment or a mandatory subscription of any kind to access.
• ◈ Do not link to external paywalled versions of a mod (e.g. "free version here, full version on Patreon").
• ◈ Voluntary donation links (e.g. Ko-fi, PayPal, Crypto, others) are permitted as long as the mod itself remains freely accessible to all without donating.
• ◈ 1st offense: Mod will be temporarily removed with a notice, and the modder will receive a first warning.
• ◈ 2nd offense: The mod will be temporarily removed, and the modder's upload permission will be suspended for 3 days.
• ◈ Further offenses: Escalating bans up to and including a permanent ban at staff discretion.

We believe modding is a creative passion that should be shared freely. Voluntary support for creators is beautiful, but the moment access to a mod is locked behind money, the spirit of this community is broken. AyakaMods will never allow that.​

• ◈ Be respectful at all times. Treat every member, new or veteran, with the same courtesy you would expect in return. Rudeness, condescension, and hostility have no place here.
• ◈ No harassment of any kind. This includes targeting individuals through posts, private messages, or the Shoutbox. Jokes or remarks about suicide, self-harm, or mental illness directed at others will result in an immediate ban.
• ◈ No trolling, baiting, or provocative behavior. If you disagree with someone, do so constructively. Starting arguments for the sake of chaos is not tolerated.
• ◈ Do not argue with staff. Staff decisions are final. If you believe a decision was made in error, raise it calmly and privately via conversation do not air grievances publicly on the forum.
• ◈ No backseat moderating. It is not your job to enforce rules on other members. Use the report button and let staff handle it.
• ◈ Do not spread unverified information. Word-of-mouth rumors about mods, games, or other members should not be posted as fact. Always verify before sharing.
• ◈ No spam, excessive caps, or low-effort posts. Posts consisting solely of emojis, single words, or keyboard mashing will be removed. Use the edit button rather than posting repeatedly.

• ◈ No real-life gore. Graphic imagery of real-world violence, injury, or death is strictly forbidden in all areas of the forum.
• ◈ Adult images must be placed inside spoiler tags wherever permitted. Do not post explicit imagery in sections not designated for adult content.
• ◈ The Shoutbox is for casual conversation only. Do not use it to post mod releases, make announcements, conduct drama, or spam links.
• ◈ Use the Report button if you encounter broken links, rule violations, harassment, or anything that requires staff attention. Do not handle it yourself.

• ◈ No offensive, misleading, or impersonating usernames. Names that resemble staff members, real public figures, or contain slurs will be changed or deleted without notice.
• ◈ Do not impersonate staff. Using a staff member's name, avatar, or signature style to mislead others is a bannable offense.
• ◈ Do not register with disposable or temporary email addresses. This results in a permanent and unappealable ban. Accepted providers include Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and most official country-domain email services (e.g. .cn, .ru). Temp-mail, Guerrilla Mail, and similar services are blocked.
• ◈ Do not exploit the forum or attempt to access restricted areas such as the Admin Panel or staff boards. Any attempt, successful or not, will result in an immediate suspension and potential permanent ban.
• ◈ Do not share your account credentials with anyone. Your account is your responsibility. Actions taken on your account are your responsibility, regardless of who performed them.

〖 MOD 〗 Uploads & Mod Sharing

​

• ◈ All mods must be 100% free. No paywalls, paid tiers, Patreon-locked versions, or any monetized access of any kind is permitted. See Rule #17.
• ◈ Do not repost or redistribute someone else's mod without their explicit consent, regardless of what platform it came from. The mod creator decides where their work is shared.
• ◈ Do not use AyakaMods to redirect users to NexusMods, GameBanana, or any other external platform. Posting mod pages or links that forward users elsewhere, particularly to exploit external donation point or reward systems, is strictly illegal and not allowed. Violations will result in an immediate warning and removal of all associated mods that are not hosted on AyakaMods.
• ◈ To become an Uploader, you must have at least 3 published uploads in good standing. Contact staff to request the role once you meet the requirements.
• ◈ Mirror links require the original poster's consent. Exception: if the OP has been inactive for an extended period, you may post a mirror and notify a moderator to update the original post. Uploaders are exempt from this requirement.
• ◈ Console and PC modding tools may trigger antivirus warnings. In the vast majority of cases, this is a false positive due to low-level system access used by modding software. Staff vets uploaded tools before approval, do not raise an alarm unnecessarily.

• ◈ Linkvertise and all ad-gated / content-locking link services are strictly banned. Do not post any URL that forces users to watch ads, complete tasks, or wait through timers. See Rule #16 for the full list of banned services.
• ◈ Basic URL shorteners are permitted (e.g. bit.ly) as long as they are not abused or used deceptively. Do not use shorteners to mask the true destination of a link.
• ◈ Banned file hosts: File hosting services that severely throttle download speeds, require premium accounts to download, or have a history of unreliability are not allowed. Examples: Share-Online, Rapidgator, Uploaded. Use reliable, free alternatives instead.
• ◈ Do not link to other forums or external communities unless they hold an official AyakaMods partner status. Unsolicited cross-promotion will be treated as advertising and removed.
• ◈ Do not post links to leaked account databases, cracked credentials, or any illegally obtained user data. This includes "combo lists," login dumps, and similar content. Doing so will result in a permanent ban and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

〔 警告 · Warnings & Bans 〕

• ◈ Warning levels are visible by clicking the warning percentage under a member's username in topics or their profile. Only staff can see your warning level.
• ◈ When warned, you will receive a private message from the staff member explaining the reason. You may reply to the dispute or ask questions.
• ◈ Bans are permanent unless overturned by staff, which is rarely granted.
• ◈ Accumulating 5 warnings will result in an automatic account ban.
• ◈ Duplicate accounts are actively monitored. Do not attempt to create one.
