Not a bug Unable to post in PS4 FPKG section

Hello. I'm new here and frequently dump games that I'd like to post in the ps4 fpkg section. It has a message at the bottom "(You have insufficient privileges to post here.)" I tried looking through the rules and posting guidelines, but didn't see how to resolve this issue. Could someone please point me in the right direction? Thank you!
