Description
这个模组按“各自原值 × 百分比”缩短冷却（默认 50% = 减半），范围分成五块在管理器里独立勾选：红（轨道 / 飞鹰）、蓝（支援武器与背包，另可就载具 / 就机甲 / 两者 / 全部四选一）、绿（哨戒、炮台、地雷、特斯拉、护盾）、冷却档位、次数增加（+1 / +2 / +3 / 去除限制）。次数改的是战备自身的可使用次数（轨道激光 3、机甲 3、飞鹰 1~4），-1 表示无限、不会被改成有限。飞鹰不靠自身冷却循环：它们消耗次数，用完要用“返回补给”一次恢复全部飞鹰，所以真正决定飞鹰节奏的是返回补给的冷却（150 秒 → 75 秒），本模组会一并处理，同时保护飞鹰 15 秒的投放时间与坦克 6 秒装填不被误改。写入在游戏加载瞬间完成，前后校验、失败自动回滚；内存读取很少（稳定状态每帧 0 次）。管理器里勾选即生效、取消勾选即禁用，微调改 config.txt。默认不改任务类战备（增援、撤离、补给）。
This mod shortens cooldowns by a percentage of each stratagem's own value (50% by default = half). Five blocks are ticked independently in the mod manager: Red (Orbital / Eagle), Blue (support weapons and backpacks, plus vehicles / mechs / both / all), Green (sentries, emplacements, mines, tesla, shield), Cooldown preset, and Charges (+1 / +2 / +3 / remove the limit). Charges change how many times a limited stratagem can be used (Orbital Laser 3, mechs 3, Eagle 1-4); -1 means unlimited and is never turned into a limit. Eagle stratagems spend charges and one EAGLE. REARM restores them all, so the rearm cooldown (150s → 75s) is what really paces the family; a threshold keeps the Eagle 15s strike delay and the tank's 6s reload untouched. The write happens at game load, is read back, and rolls back on failure; memory reads are minimal (0 per frame in steady state). Tick a block to enable it, untick to disable it, and config.txt is there for fine tuning. Mission stratagems (reinforce, extraction, resupply) are left alone by default.
