PC Adds Pre-Order Items to the Deluxe Pack [1.5 or Older] 1.0

V1.1 of this mod has been released to be compatible with the v1.6 game update.
This version REQUIRES game v1.6. You cannot use this update on an older version, which should be obvious, as this game update adds new item IDs to the DLCSKU file.

In theory an old (v1.0 of this) version will still work on game v1.6, it just won't have the new items.
