Armor Workbench Offline Editor 0.10.1

A Mod for Helldivers 2
Armor Workbench Offline Editor akl_mod_preview_image
This program will allow you to choose an armor, change its armor amount, change the passives on it, and those values for the passives. For example, an armor with only Peak Physique can then be given Scout, Siege Ready, Feet First, and many others, all combined or as just a single swap of a passive. You decide.

Very straight forward. Program should auto-find your steam file for HD2. If not, select it via the program. From there, simply change your values and then click Install before booting up HD2. This will not work live as it previously did pre-EAC.

This was vibecoded to get something out of nothing with this recent update to HD2 so any bugs or issues please share, this is experimental given the circumstances.

When updating, copy your existing ArmorWorkbenchData folder into the new Armor Workbench folder. This preserves your saved armor builds and restore backups.

So what's stopping me from just using shodans editor compared to this? Not being sarcastic or rude its a genuine question. Because I know with shodan if you stack too many passives onto an armor and then try equipping it, it will just crash the game. With shodan you have to have the armor already equipped and then edit the armor passives to not crash the game. Does this fix that issue or is it an alternative to using shodan?

Not a problem, you’re more than welcome to use whatever suits you best! For this, I’ve tested it with 22 passives and haven’t crashed. The other thing was to simplify the passive editing system. I’m not sure how Shodan handles the passive armor editing side of things as I used it for just weapon and Strat editing. Basically choose whatever armor you want to look like, and build it how ever you want with whatever passives you want with whatever values you want.

Is this compatible with the offline version of SHODAN stat editor? Another mod I use that edits the stats of things conflicts with it, I cant tell if it would do the same with this.

Gotcha. I think I'll stick to using this mod for the better armor changes since shodans' crashing does get annoying when I accidentally press the armor tab and crash my game. Cheers!

Several people in Shodan Stat Editor's comment section are also mentioning virus issues with the mod so I'd be wary of that as well.

Very nice, can you make it possible so I can apply the passive stack to every armor simultaneously as Super Earth Armory Forge did without me having to do it manually one by one for each armor set? Also, how will this interact with Shodans do you know?
