这个模组让基于bingus的lua模组可以逐个加载，防止因为太多lua模组同时抢占启动时资源导致游戏崩溃的情况，同时限制了lua模组对内存读取的限制，让其处于更加合理的水平，防止过度读取导致cpu性能瓶颈以及严重掉帧的情况发生
This mod makes Bingus-based Lua mods load sequentially, preventing game crashes caused by too many Lua mods competing for startup resources at the same time. It also caps memory reads by Lua mods at a more reasonable level, preventing excessive reads from causing CPU bottlenecks and severe frame drops.

MDL 兼容：与 MDL - Mod Dynamic Loader 完全兼容。两者同时运行时，SmoothBoot 会自动检测并让出手动调度的权限——你在 MDL 面板中的设置将始终生效，同时崩溃保护（错误拦截、熔断、掉链修复）依然常驻。想恢复 SmoothBoot 的自动调度，只需将配置中的 peer_suspend 改为 no（10 秒内热生效），或在 MDL 中重载模组即可。
