CLOUD LIMIT GAUGE SFX FOR RUSH/BETA METER

WHAT'S CHANGED IN THIS MOD:
- Rush Full SFX (And Beta Charged SFX) are changed to Cloud's Limit Gauge Full SFX

CREATOR NOTES:
- NOT taking requests. I already know how that mess goes lol
- If you wanna learn how to make this yourself, hit the discord buddy
- Both Rush Meter and Beta Charged are controlled by the same SFX
- Unfortunately, they play at different pitches
- So I adjusted the mod to match the Limit sound for the loudest of these two, which is the Rush Meter
- Therefore, the Beta Charged sfx will be a little off-pitch
- Thankfully, it's hard to notice, as you're usually mid-attack/clash when the Beta Charge SFX plays
- Yall let me know the deal with the volume levels, if it's too loud, too quiet, whatever
- I noticed that if you're in a quiet environment, its pretty loud
- But when you're in combat or a louder area, it'll lower the volume on the SFX
- Atm, nothing I can do about that, but maybe we'll figure it out later

INSTALLATION METHOD:

Step 1:
-Download the mod and extract it

Step 2:
-Go to your game's directory and navigate to the Paks folder
[INSTALL_LOCATION]\StellarBladeDemo\SB\Content\Paks

Step 3:
-Create a ~mods folder there

Step4:
-Place the .ucas, utoc, and .pak file(s) from the download into that ~mods folder
