Changes the GL-15 Evictor into an cluster grenade (pineapple) heavy-pen launcher.
How does it work for people without the mod?: Those players will see enemies getting oblierated around the initial blast by ONLY YOUR evictor and their own will simply act as normal, if they walk through an explosion field from your evictor or their own they will NOT get caught and be completely untouched, so it will only affect you and the enemies you shoot (or yourself, so be careful.)
