This tool help you swap the videos found in various screens in NTE (outside theater, bank, adverts...). It automatically encode and create a PAK for each video using retoc.

Available both for Windows and Linux (exe & AppImage provided), the tool uses FFmpeg for conversion.


Depending on your hardware, videos can take a while to convert.


Requirement:
- a mod loader, such as https://ayakamods.com/mods/ayakantebypasser-nte-signature-bypass.2325/

Known limitations:
- Home TV/cinema videos may not loop (requiring turning on/off, moving location)
- Home TV/cinema have no audio

**FIXED**

I’m not sure if it’s just me, but starting with game version 1.2.7, trying to load replacement videos for the apartment TVs seems to cause the game to crash. This happens consistantly near the museum, but also randomly at other places in the city.

NTE 1.2.9 : it seems loading "Cinema_CustomVideo" or "TV_CustomVideo" crash the game.
For now,i'll remove theses 2 folders from the ~mods folder.

No issue at all with "VideoSwap_advert1/2" or "VideoSwap_Preview1/2"

just wondering but are u working on a patch for the current version? bc i cant use the mod bc this file ( BP_FurnitureActorBase_TV.uasset ) used to be 32 bit in previous version and now it 36 bit so the game keeps crashing bc it looking for the 36bit file and instead it find a 32 Bit file so yeah, tho this mod def has rlly great and fun potential.

The audio files are hosted separately from the video, which is why there's no sound when playing it. What a complicated mod—I'd have to compile both separately to make it work :(

It makes up for the fact that I can’t watch porn with Mint at home.
