This is not my mod, but it was only uploaded on Nexus, and the devs there took it down in less than 24 hours. Go to steamapps\common\StellarBlade\SB\Plugins\Runtime\Nvidia, back up the DLSS and Streamline folders, then replace them with the 2 folders in this zip.
This increases FPS, even if you have a graphics card that does not have DLSS. Not sure if this helps higher-end systems, but it will help lower-end systems. For example, I was getting 37-52 fps, and after I replaced those folders, I get 69-90 fps in the same area
