Set custom cooldown or choose default (50% cooldown)
For custom cooldown:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\CowboyBingus\Helldivers2\Logs\TankCooldown.cfg
Edit your value and save file. Restart HD2
Load your HD2 on first run for .cfg to appear
Should ONLY be used for diagnostics test runs only! (For usage of Super Earth Research)

Choose either default and custom in Arsenal Options settings
