(for reference base peacemaker has light armor pen and 32 durable damage)
Quite a few people are saying the mods are not working but they're only looking in the armory at the weapon stats and seeing it stay at the normal AP level, this is a VISUAL BUG please test the mod in-game before commenting about it not working.
