Showcase (here)
A configurable mod for the TD-110 Maelstrom that lets you edit
- main cannon ammo,
- spare belts,
- reload speed,
- fire rate/RPM,
- smoke capacity/cadence,
- rear missile capacity

Bingus Shared Loader (here) is needed. Set to priority.
cfg file location:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\CowboyBingus\Helldivers2\Logs\MaelstromAmmo.cfg

Hot-reload support incl!!! Meaning, changing cfg value, saving it and spawning new Maelstrom will load like you set it.
Mainly use for Super Earth Research please not for citizens use.

IF ANY COSMETIC MODDERS R OUT THERE PLEASE CREATE A JAGDPANTHER COSMETIC MOD FOR ANY TANKS PLEASE!!!

Okay, a kind soul has pointed out the confusion we had. DO NOT edit through Arsenal's .cfg file, those changes will not go through, You instead have to go into:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\CowboyBingus\Helldivers2\Logs\MaelstromAmmo.cfg via Windows + R search>make your edits>launch game and test a fresh spawned tank. I was succesful in getting my beloved 2250RPM beast with 900 ammo belts (24 seconds of sustained fire, double of vanilla 12 second sustained fire duration.)

WARNING: if you set below config 6 belts, it wont let you reload and game defaults into pooling all ammo into 1 solo belt at once.

This is a Legendary Mod! Tysm, Creator! <3

An editor for damage to main of the various armor parts? Is everyone happy with tanks being made of cardboard?

Okay, 5 Config options aren't working. I've set to 2250RPM, 3 spare belt, 1050 rounds belt, vanilla reload speed on both smoke and belt reload.

Ingame it still display 600 round belt, 6 spare, 1200 RPM, 0.5 Smoke, 2 second belt.

Everything else works!

EDIT: Find my next comment, IT WORKS & HOW TO DO IT CORRECTLY.

idk if this is possible but it would be really cool if you could edit the smoke to launch gas instead. idk having some sort of close range self defense feels waaay more useful than smoke

can you make a tank handling mod? that'd be sickkkkkk.

more horsepower, better transmission, better suspension, better gun traverse speed, better turning, et.c.

i have a bunch of values for the tank armor that i think would be really nice, but it mostly boils ddown to AP5 front and no change to the rear. or make it configurable like this mod PLEASE (i don't want busted op crap, just better/realistic crap)
