This might be a biiiit on the op side, but we cant pretend the game is balanced anyway tbh. and 1100 rpm makes it sound sickkk

Detailed Changes :
AR-23C Liberator Concussive
RPM - 400 -> 1100
Armor penetration - 2 -> 3 (aka medium pen)
Push force - 60 -> 30

This mod has 2 dependencies.

HD2Runtime V0.20.1 or higher. - https://ayakamods.com/mods/hd2runtime.4260/
And HD2Runtime's dependency is also required:
Bingus Shared Loader V18 or higher. - https://ayakamods.com/mods/bingus-shared-loader.3861/

Finally worthy using, thanks for the mod, i would increase mag size with that much rpm too and - mag count

i dont get why the push force got lowered isnt that the whole point of the gun

Im working on mapping out the mag attachments for HD2Runtime, as of rn i cant really change mag sizes at least for many of the weapons that have different mag attachments. i can add more spare mags though yes

Installing RuntimeHD2 and Liberator concussive cause the game to have stutters, just started modding so idk if it somehow is a mod conflict already, but nothing else should conflict with it.

I am looking into it. I already have a suspect in HD2Runtime, there are some checks that run way too often despite what they are checking already being resolved once.

And yeah sorry for any bugs, it's kinda inevitable bc HD2runtime has only really been out for a day
