My Realistic collection of weapons aims to rebalance Helldivers 2's weak weaponry into competitive choices with reasonable, mooostly realistic tweaks.
The original MG-206 kicks hard, sprays wide for a bipod-mounted machine gun and runs dry after only three drums. This mod turns it into the sustained-fire weapon it should be.
- Recoil reduced by 25% (horizontal 32.5 to 24.4, vertical 55 to 41.3)
- Spread reduced from 5/5 to 3/3
- Fire rate modes increased from 450/600/750 to 600/750/900 RPM
- Spare drums increased from 2 to 3
- Durable damage increased from 35 to 50
It now holds a total combat load of 400 rounds. The E/MG-101 HMG Emplacement fires the same round, so it gets the durable damage increase too.
