Homing Stim​

Give your P-11 Stim Pistol homing shots to help keep teammates alive. Aim at a teammate, acquire a lock, and fire—the stim steers toward your target.

Features​

  • Fast lock-on for quicker healing shots.
  • Clean circular reticle fixed to the centre of your screen.
  • Orange-to-green feedback: the circle stays orange while aiming and turns green when a lock is confirmed.
  • Reduced reticle clutter: hides the standard grey and yellow aiming markers while using the P-11.
  • No weapon sway and increased ergonomics for more responsive P-11 aiming.
  • Vehicle passenger support, tested in the passenger seat.
  • Added options in the Arsenal loader for choosing your device hoping this fixes fps issues people are having, need feedback.
    • Mouse and keyboard — default; no controller checks.
    • Xbox/XInput — no mouse or native PlayStation checks.
    • Native PlayStation — no mouse or XInput checks.
    • Automatic switching — optional mixed-device detection.

Requirements​

  • Bingus Shared Loader v18
  • HD2Arsenal

Installation​

  1. Close Helldivers 2.
  2. Import the ZIP into HD2Arsenal and replace or disable older Homing Stim versions. Keep only one version enabled.
  3. Enable the mod above Bingus Shared Loader, then Deploy.
  4. Restart the game and equip the P-11 Stim Pistol.

Just tested the new update

It no longer give fps drops so good and awesome for that part!

buuuuut. . .


it stops working sometimes, it fixes when you reload the stim pistol

i can live with that, but still, it would be good if it's fixed

good updates <3

when the bug happens without restarting the game and before reloading go to %LOCALAPPDATA%\CowboyBingus\Helldivers2\Logs\StimHomingAcquisitionTest.log
and send me whatever is in there
send me the logs again after reloading so i can see if anything changes
what device are you using? m&K, xbox controller or ps controller.
i cant replicate it for some reason.

mod is mainly being developed with HD2Arsenal launcher rn try that, i'll look into making it compatible with that launcher once i iron out the kinks.

Mod doesnt seem to be hooking the reticle properly anymore if at all. Tested with Dualsense Controller, and mouse. How should we send you the logs? *Theyre kinda long.
