I had that happen the first time I booted it, so I tested it running that mod alone, the black screen was still there. it only lasted about a minute then the game loaded up in the lobby skipping the intro movie.

idk why it does that, but well worth it imo

I'll test it for you now, had the same issue

Edit: The black screen at the startup of the game seems significantly quicker and the intro movie is playing as normal.

FPS seems good, looking for enemies

yea seems like a good update to me!

I might not be the best tester have a 5090, somewhat limited ram@32gigs, and 9800x3d.

I might be brute forcing it

My fps drops were going down to like a stutter-y 80ish fps from my normal 240; still playable.

now I'm getting like 200, which is fine.

Im not sure if its working for anyone else but both versions of this mod dont seem to be closing bug holes, not entirely sure if the damage part is working but demo force isnt atleast on my end
