Super Earth Armory Forge
Stack any of the 31 Helldivers 2 armor passives onto the armor you wear and set every value yourself, live in game.

Languages: English · 简体中文 (Simplified Chinese)
In game: F7 → Keys tab → Language / 语言 → 简体中文. Passive and armor names use the game's own official Chinese names. Web builder: click 简体中文 at the top right.
Tip: set the game's text language to Chinese (简体 or 繁體) so the game's font has the Chinese characters.

Install
1. Install Bingus Shared Loader.
2. Add the zip to Arsenal (or your mod manager). There are no options to pick.
3. Start the game and press F7.

In game (F7)
- Tick any passive to stack it onto your armor; values change live
- Plain values: type 75% resist, +30%, +50 armor
- Knows what you're wearing: the box at the top shows your armor and its stack; click it to jump to that tab, or to add it
- Armor weight: make a passive's armors light, medium or heavy (speed, stamina, armor rating), or only the armor you're wearing; the look stays the same
- Presets tab: Kitchen Sink, Tank, Stealth, Survivor, Demolitionist, Gunner, plus your own saved loadouts
- F9 swaps between loadouts without opening the panel
- Undo (Ctrl+Z), Copy code / Paste code to share builds
- Several armor stacks at once (e.g. Med-Kit for tank, Siege-Ready for gunner)
- While the panel is open the game ignores your keyboard and mouse: no shooting, turning or clicking the armory behind it (Keys tab: Blocked / Let through)
- Guide tab: how to use it, step by step, and every key, mouse and controller control
- Controller: Back + Start opens the panel (D-pad, A select, B back, LB/RB tabs)
- Panel size 80-150% (Ctrl + / Ctrl -), sharp on 1440p and 4K
- Drag the panel anywhere by its top strip; it remembers the spot (Ctrl 0 resets size and position)
- Long lists scroll: mouse wheel, the scroll bar, or PageUp / PageDown
- Keys tab: change the F7 / F9 keys, the language, and the input blocking
- Ctrl+F searches passives by name or effect

Prefer a browser? Plan a build in the web builder (English / 简体中文) and download it as a mod. It's optional; F7 does the same in game.

Updating from Passive Picker v4
This is the same mod under a new name. It updates in place, and your F7 edits and saved presets carry over.

Notes
- Single-player / private lobbies only. Don't use it in public matchmaking.
- The stack applies to armor that has the stack's passive (Med-Kit by default). Use Armor Transmog for the look you want.
- Effect names are inferred from the game (it only stores hashes); ones marked ? are guesses.
- Adreno-Defibrillator's revive likely doesn't work when stacked.
- Your loadout file and share codes are the same in any language, so loadouts move between English and Chinese unchanged.
- Not working? Keys tab → Copy problem report, and post it here or open an issue on GitHub. (Or %LOCALAPPDATA%\CowboyBingus\Helldivers2\Logs\ArmoryForge-STATUS.txt)

Credits

The thing is I want to keep the appearance of the heavy armor with stats of light armor without changing the look. If I understand correctly using Extra Padding only modifies the armor value right? Not the speed nor stamina. If this is possible could you kindly let me know how?
Ah my mistake, Armory Forge edits armor passives only for now. It cant change the armors weight class (light, medium or heavy). Base speed and stamina regen come from the weight class, so a heavy armor keeps heavy speed with this mod.

The closest you can get is:
Open the panel on your heavy armor, click + Armor and add Oxygenator. It carries two movement-speed values (move_speed_a and move_speed_b, 1.1 each).
Click the passive name and raise those values. That makes up some of the gap to light speed.
For stamina, add Supplemental Adrenaline (taking damage restores stamina) and Peak Physique if you want better handling

I might add the ability to edit the armor weight soon, thank for the suggestion

Look into using Armor Transmog mod, it is compatible I have been using both.

Yep there is,
The panel just hides it a bit! You can change the value of every passive separately:

1. F7, and pick the armor passive you wear as the tab (e.g. + Armor > Democracy Protects if you wear a Democracy Protects armor).
2. Click a passive's NAME (not the tick box). The right side shows its values with -- - + ++ buttons, or click the number and type one.
3. Examples:
- Democracy Protects: the survive chance shows as +50%. Type 90 and press Enter for 90%.
- Extra Padding: armor shows +50. Type 100 for +100 armor.
4. Tick any other passives to stack them too, each with its own values. "Stack summary" at the top of the list shows everything added up.

The stack goes on armor that has that tab's passive. If you want different builds for different armors, add another tab with + Armor.
I already understand how this mod works; I'm just saying that I want it to be just a stat changer of armor passives, not a armor passives stacker on each other.
PS: So i was adding separate armors on +ARMOR tab, and there is a limit of 7 armors displayed, i could still add more and they would work but i can't see them and switch to them (also can't edit because of these). I want it to be fixed
(I can't load an image here cuz Ayaka is barely breathing but here is a link to the image from "file garden")

Thanks for the report! I havent reproduced this yet, so I need a bit more info:

What exactly stops working? Does the enemy forecast not show at all on the mission preview or briefing, or does it show wrong info?
Does it break right away, or only after you open the Armory Forge panel (F7)?

If you use the web builder, you can also try a build with In-game panel: Off. If Know Your Constellation works with that build, the conflict is in the panel and I know where to look

You can already use it as a pure stat changer: open your armors tab, click the base row at the top of the list (your armors own passive) and change its values there. Dont tick anything else. With nothing ticked, nothing is stacked; only your armors own passive changes.

The 7-tab limit is a bug I will fix this soon, thanks for the screenshot. Until then, the only workaround is to remove a stack you dont need (open its tab → Remove armor) or save stacks as presets on the Presets tab and load them when needed

- Open the panel once with F7 and change anything, so the mod creates its save file.
- Close the game
- Press Win + R, paste this and press Enter: %LOCALAPPDATA%\CowboyBingus\Helldivers2\ArmoryForge
- Open loadout.ini with Notepad. Near the top, under [settings], change:
hotkey = F7
swap_hotkey = F9
You can use F1 to F12, and the two must be different keys. Set swap_hotkey = OFF to turn swapping off
- Save the file and start the game. The new keys shouldw work right away

Only F1 to F12 are supported for now. The Ctrl shortcuts (Ctrl+Z undo, Ctrl +/- size, Ctrl 0 reset) are fixed
Thank you big guy :3
