This mod turned out to be unsuccessful. The original plan was to implement the COD-style VTOL aircraft. However, no relevant data for hovering was found within the game, so the cooldown was greatly reduced as a workaround.
Good news: Hover duration located. Next up: adjust target acquisition logic.
