This might be a biiiit on the op side, but we cant pretend the game is balanced anyway tbh. and 1100 rpm makes it sound sickkk

Detailed Changes :
AR-23C Liberator Concussive
RPM - added 3 options - Vanilla 400 rpm | boosted 600 rpm | and 1100 rpm
Armor penetration - 2 -> 3 (aka medium pen)
Push force - 60 -> 30

This mod has 2 dependencies.

HD2Runtime V0.28.1 or higher. - https://ayakamods.com/mods/hd2runtime.4260/
And HD2Runtime's dependency is also required:
Bingus Shared Loader V18 or higher. - https://ayakamods.com/mods/bingus-shared-loader.3861/

Thanks man, Concussive Liberator used to be one of my favs so being able to use it again for fun is great.

would you make a version of selectable RPM? i would go more balanced like, 640, 740 rpm, ap 3, 75 base damage, 25 durable damage. making lika a coyote that dosent burn but pushes with a great punch to the inards of the enemies. it would not be broken but would be more distinct niche weapon. Just an ideia.

Been working on a Mod myself that makes every weapon with Direct hits basically overpen above there rating, allowing for full damage with precise shots when overpenning and the slim potential to kill something that the gun is not rated for for, so like Direct hit ap3 , slight angle ap2, large angle ap 2, extreme angle ap 1//I always felt that matching armor value with pen shouldn't offer a damage reduction, given we need to deal with the secret durable damage damage reduction already, hitting a heavy with medium should do like 50% less damage; this smol tweak I'm working out sort of resolves this, some bullets bounce, but some do get through, if your precise, you are rewarded.

One of the niche things the Liberator Concussive is it's original name, Liberator Explosive, see that canister on the side? That has an explosive hazard warning on it. This used to be Light Armor Explosive and had an advantage against those unarmored, yet durable weakspots. Annoyingly all of this was removed for a weak concussive effect. I'd rather have something familiar to its former glory, just gotta watch out for all of the explosive immune enemy parts added to the game...

might be interesting to change it up then, making it deal a small explosion on impact, all light pen but very high damage? ofc not in this specific mod but maybe upload a new one for that

not true, push animation effectively has armor and cannot be cancelled with another one until the armor runs out. You can tell because even with the default fire rate the Concussive can hit those armored frames.
