Exosuit Full Heavy Armor​


Currently, Exosuits have Heavy Armor on their main body, while their arms and legs are Medium Armor. This mod makes the arms and legs Heavy Armor as well, giving the entire Exosuit consistent Heavy Armor protection.

Changes​

  • Arms: AV3 → AV4 / Heavy
  • Legs: AV3 → AV4 / Heavy
  • Applies to All Exosuits
No weapon damage, ammunition, HP, or other Exosuit statistics are changed

Purpose​

Increase Exosuit survivability to compensate for their long cooldowns and limited uses

Known Issue​

The Shield Arm of the EXO-55 Breakthrough Exosuit is still AV3.
I was unable to find the correct ID for the Shield Arm's armor value, so it remains unchanged for now.

Mod isn't working properly when you aren't the host.
sometimes the legs are AV4, sometimes it doesn't applies at all.

v1.1 fix: mods weren't applying for some players​

If you were on v1.0 and it did nothing, this should fixes it.

v1.2 optimization patch​

Optimization to make the mod consume less memory

Hello, the cannon arm of the Lumberer exosuit is still being damaged by medium-penetration weapons. I tested it using the Coyote.

awesome mod. unfortunately im getting mad memory leak issues with my configuration. But it does work as intended, pc just hates it

The mod works kinda-halfly when you're not the host, legs AV4 while Arms are AV3. I'm not sure if this can be fixed or not.

Mod Lag Watchdog report: Exosuit Heavy Armor (mods/recon/exo45_armor)
Game build 6AB3B43F, Watchdog v0.18.0, 42 mods hook the update
Session: 3 min, 24 FPS average, 2 world changes
Cost: 82.1 ms/s average, 131.7 ms/s in the worst minute, worst frame 232 ms
Stalls it caused (150 ms+): 2 (257, 157 ms)
Lua memory: 1.1 MB -> 1.2 MB, has only grown so far
Helper units: none spawned
Update hook: hooked 1 time, not on top

This mod goes into the yellow and red sometimes according to mod lag watchdog

lags my game even after optimization. also, AIO for exosuit mods?
