Preset i'm trying for Shodan Stat Editor, i've changed how some stratagems work such as quasar, epoch, gas orbital exc. Mostly stratagems, no mech or tanks cause i hardly use them. if u have suggestions for them and primaries/secondaries leave a comment with suggested change, ill add it if i dont forget.
This is where u put this file:

I don't think putting this in mod manager directly will work since it's a txt
