"Did you know you can farm Super Credits?" Mod 2.3

A Mod for Helldivers 2
"Did you know you can farm Super Credits?" Mod akl_mod_preview_image
To the Arrowhead employee reading this…

English:
hi :D This mod wouldn’t exist if you guys hadn’t tried to nuke modding, so this one’s on you. Cheers! Actions have consequences.

Swedish:
Till den anställda på Arrowhead som läser detta: Hej :D Den här modden hade inte funnits om ni inte hade försökt utplåna moddning – så det här får ni ta på er. Skål! Handlingar får konsekvenser.

Spawns crashed pods at extract with potential goodies inside. Crack them open and see what you find!

Two modes, one goodies selector

  • Single Player: Spawns tightly packed rings of 40 crashed pods around supported extraction sites. Targets 93 known extraction layouts.
  • Multiplayer: Changes the potential goodies inside naturally placed pods, shipping containers, and eligible bunker caches. Uses existing containers without adding pod rings.
  • Choose your preferred goodies through the same configuration window for either mode.
MULTIPLAYER NOTICE: Select Multiplayer mode when hosting other players. Do not use the Single Player pod-ring mode with other players—it has caused crashes and disconnects for joining players. Multiplayer mode has worked in reported natural-pod and shipping-container tests, but compatibility across every setup is not guaranteed.

KNOWN ISSUES

Purging and Deploying takes a while, be patient, I hope to fix this later!

Some layouts may have missing pods or purple question marks instead of pods.

Maps with secondary extraction sites can have multiple rings. Some rings or individual pods may be empty; check the other extraction site if available. Placement and loot population still vary between maps.

STANDALONE OR LUNA

Works standalone or through Luna’s Modloader.

Extract the entire ZIP and run Farm Mod v0.2.3.exe to choose your mode and goodies, or drop the ZIP into Luna and click Configure to set them there. In Luna, apply your selection, then Deploy.

Close the game before applying changes. Keep only one farm-mod version enabled. Experimental Lua is not required.

I recommend using a mod manager for easier switching and troubleshooting.

RESTORE / UNINSTALL FIX

For errors such as:

“Installed file changed; refusing overwrite…”
“A managed file changed; preserving it…”

  1. Close the game and the mod’s configuration window.
  2. Luna installation: Disable the farm-mod row, click Purge, then deploy your remaining mods.
  3. Standalone installation: Open Uninstall Mod v0.2.3.exe, click Check installation, review the results, then choose Uninstall recognized files. You can also use Restore previous files or Uninstall / repair in the configurator.
  4. If a conflict remains, keep the uninstall report for troubleshooting. Unknown changed files are preserved rather than overwritten.
Do not delete .creditfarm-mod. It contains installation records and recovery backups. The old folder-deletion workaround is no longer recommended.

Logs and reports now go to %LOCALAPPDATA%\CreditFarmMod\Logs, rather than Downloads.

Great mod! Few questions:

1) Is there anything else I need to know when using it?

2) If I remember correctly, a while ago Narrowheads cracked down on SC farming and instituted a limit on how many SC you could earn per hour. Does anyone know the exact value and where they said this? Do they track medals as well?

EDIT:

3) Are there any good mods that pair well with this?

4) What planet is the best to use with this mod? Something really flat?
2) if i remember, the sc limit is 3000 per hour

Luxuriant on difficulty 2 yields the highest amount of spawns in my experience, it gives 14-17 on average but on a few itll dip down to 4

yeah, it just doesnt add them if you go over the 3k limit. Narrowhead (didnt realize it was your username, im talking about the actual developers) put it in to try and curb cheaters.

Okay, I think it's working properly now. I had to uninstall and reinstall the mod several times before I could get singleplayer mode to consistently drop the ring of medal pods around extract.

Side note, this mod pairs well with Treasure Radar 0.5.1 and Helldivers 2 Enhanced Loot Arrows.

Mad props to you, Narrowhead (the user). You're doing great work.

i was wondering does server-side "Sanity Checks" flag account as "possible cheater" because of all that 150+ medals per 10 minutes that i obtained?
