I tried the new upload. Still no outfit on default. I deleted all previous version and tried again, and still no luck.

I'm gonna give it some time. If no one else is having this issue it's something to do with my setup.

Try disabling other mods, and jus let re framework and this ON

Can you test by moving non-belly bones and see which bone causes the vert to move, then hunt it down from there? That's what I would do in blender.
