Yet another feature Arrowhead removed for "balance" then lied about being difficult re-adding back into the game.

I'm finally able to fulfil my mech pilot dreams.

QOL change needed since forever ago. And those saying "its too op!" NO ITS NOT. INFACT, with the recent narrowhead "WE MUST TARGET ALL VEHICLES!" philosophy to enemies, you'll run out of mechs faster, ESPECIALLY if a mission modifier increases stratagem cooldown by 25%.

HOWEVER. PLEASE APPLY THIS FIX TO FRVS. NARROWHEAD DECIDED YOU CANT TAKE MORE THAN ONE CAR WHICH IS ABSOLUTE BULL! PLEASE FIX THIS, THANK YOU!

It will also be applied to tanks likely too, however nobody is using the bastion so lol.
