Adds a button in the top right corner, next to the pause one, that allows you to double the speed in the game. Although I've tested it on multiple stages, and have found no issues, it may not be exactly double speed. This is because KRG defines speed as FPS, for some reason. So if your game runs at 57 FPS, you will achieve somewhere around x1.94 speed. It's an arbitrary and unremarkable difference, you won't notice it, but I figured that should be pointed out.
The art for the button is not very good. I am not an artist, and asked grok to make it. May replace later.
INSTALLATION

Drop the lua file AND the speed_button folder into here: C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\kingdom_rush_genesis\mods
