his mod provides alternate colors for Costume 1, by replacing colors 4, 9 and 10 by the ones from the screenshots:
Color 5: Tribesman
Color 9: Yakuza
Color 10: Fat ****
The intent is to give more variation to the vanilla costume.
Drop the contents of the zip file inside your game folder at:
...\Steam\steamapps\common\Super Street Fighter IV - Arcade Edition\patch_ae2_tu1\battle\chara\HND
If this folder doesn't exist, just create it.
The mod shouldn't overwrite any file, but make sure to have a backup of your original files before installing the mod.
