Just extract into `StellarBlade\SB\Content\Paks`. (Either directly, or in a `~mods` folder; it doesn't matter.)

I pay much more attention to Nexus comments and will probably forget to check here.
- All fish stamina changed to 10. (For context, small fish are 800 by default.)
- Gives you 100 seconds to reel in anything. You really won't need it with stamina like that, but just in-case LOL.
