新增 MODS → Enemy Spawn Multiplier 设置，和 F8 面板共用配置。任一侧应用后双向同步，同一批菜单修改只提交、保存一次；保留另一侧其他尚未应用的编辑。
F8 和 MODS 均可切换中文 / English，并保存语言选择。语言切换不会提交 F8 中未应用的刷怪参数。MODS 文案需要关闭并重新打开暂停菜单刷新。
配置在启动时恢复，兼容旧配置文件。没有菜单组件时，F8 仍可正常使用。

Added MODS → Enemy Spawn Multiplier settings, sharing the same config as the F8 panel.
Bidirectional sync upon applying from either side. A batch of menu changes is only submitted and saved once; other unapplied edits on the other side are preserved.
Both F8 and MODS can toggle between Chinese / English, and the language choice is saved.
Switching languages will not submit unapplied spawn parameters in F8.
MODS text requires closing and reopening the pause menu to refresh.
Configs are restored on startup, compatible with old config files.
F8 still works normally when the menu component is absent.
