Added configurable modifiers for all three packs directly to the patcher:

• Jump Pack (LIFT-850)
• Hover Pack (LIFT-860)
• Warp Pack (LIFT-182)

You can now choose factors like cooldown, height and distance coverage, damage, speed, and much more.

Added Half-Assed Casemate Turrets, which allow the Bastion and Maelstrom barrels to turn an extra ~20° each way. The normal casemates now also rotate with the barrel.

Fixed restoring files from a previous installation. You can now restore the original game files directly using the newest EXE.

First-time setup still requires clean original source files. If another mod or patch directly modified those files, please restore them first.
