HD2R Editor v0.8.6 - tiny bug fix

- custom stratagem tweaks (cooldown, uses, unlimited) now save in presets and come back after a reload.

HD2R Editor v0.8.5 - Unlimited custom stratagems

- Custom stratagems can now have unlimited uses: type 0 or -1 in the Custom tab (needs HD2Runtime 0.30.3).
- Use it with HD2Runtime 0.30.3, which fixes "invalid/ambiguous bounded pointer" write errors and a false stratagem-data warning.

- Sentry projectile swaps, seven weapons unlocked, and more status effects (with HD2Runtime 0.30.2).
- New: underbarrel stats, a custom open key, presets shared as files, and ModBuilder import/export.

HD2R Editor v0.8.3 - Shared values and fixes

The editor now warns you when other weapons, enemies or stratagems share the stat you're changing, and shows the change on all of them.

Fixed: editing the enemy whole-body gib threshold (-1 disables it, or use any value above 0).

The 7 weapons HD2Runtime blocks for now show their stats read-only until properly handled
