Four independent, optional JAR-5 Dominator buffs in one pack. Tick any option, or none: damage raises the 275/90 damage pair to 300/90; speed raises the projectile from 180 to 225 m/s (125%).

Per request toggleable options for heavy pen and selectable auto fire has been added.

Slightly weakened bolter. The first part should be possible but I'm unsure about the faster reload speed, haven't tried anything like that yet. Will try tomorrow.

Indeed, Retains heavy ergo, same 16 rounds over bolter's 6, It won't invalidate other existing AP4 options.
Jar-5 would just become a more useful medium slaying weapon with the added improved reload (ideally -1.0s faster) to make the gameplay feel less grunt-like speeds. That's my main gripe with some weapons in the game, some stuff have unreasonably long reload speeds & I don't wanna have to take a reload passive just to make it feel "usable" ...I'm looking at you Deadeye.... >_> Damage Values and Pen I'm generally alright with how they are... just reloads makes me grow wrinkles in age.
