Made it work with the latest EAC update. Removed the forced medium pen option, redundant and doesn't work for the mod it meant to change.

Compatible with Medic File Mod Merger, installation and removal is much easier there.

AP 3 -> AP 4
Projectile Speed 180 -> 225 m/s
Toggleable Autofire Mode
Uninstall Toggle (turn it off before deploying)

Reload speed is no longer a toggle.

If the mod is being installed via Arsenal/DDMM it needs to be removed. I'm not sure what else could be causing the issue. Untick all the toggles but the uninstall one, launch the game, exit, then untick/remove the mod. Or use steam to verify the integrity of game files, or uninstall everything through Medic and untick it from Arsenal/DDMM. The old boot method has to be removed.
