Here are the new values, all shipped with default setting.

takeoff_duration=0.5
boosted_takeoff_duration=0.75
takeoff_forward_frac=0.4
mid_air_adjustment_speed=4
Comments in the INI explain each setting in a theoretical way, stock value and accepted range.
Flight durations refer to thrust phases, not total time in the air. The
conditions selecting boosted takeoff are not yet confirmed.
THESE VALUES ARE NOT TESTED!
I will test them tonight, but if someone wants to have fun testing experimental values, go for it.
