A local, offline fix pack for modern Windows: Win11 compatibility (NicoDE kq8fix), H.264 cutscenes via mpv, optional DirectGlide for sharper fullscreen (with widescreen in Settings), and a small settings launcher. Run Setup KQ8 Fix.bat, point it at Mask.exe, install, then play with Launch KQ8.bat.
