LAS98: AP Ramp & Sweetspot - Durable Damage Buff.

I upped the durable damage a smidge to make it feel a little bit better against things like the Cannon Tower. On my own testing, it takes about an ICE-Rack to front-end a Cannon Tower and about 9 seconds of holding the trigger down on a factory strider's face before it meets it's demise. Try it out.

Also, a HD2MM patch. Hopefully it won't brick crap up
