LIFT-850 Jump Pack Modifiers
This mod allows you to re-balance the LIFT-850 Jump Pack to better fit your playstyle.Version 1.1.0 replaces the old Arsenal preset system with fully adjustable in-game controls available under:
ESC → MODS → LIFT-850 JUMP PACK
You can adjust:
- Jump Height: 0.0x–10.0x in 0.2x increments
- Travel Distance: 0.0x–10.0x in 0.2x increments
- Recharge Cooldown: 3 / 5 / 7 / 10 / 12 / 15 / 20 / 30 / 45 / 60 seconds
- Height x10 [UNSTABLE]
- Distance x10 [UNSTABLE]
For example, increasing Height while leaving Distance at 1.0x attempts to increase the jump height while keeping the total standing travel distance close to vanilla.
x10 [UNSTABLE] Multipliers
The two x10 toggles stack on top of the selected slider values.Examples:
- 2.0x Height + Height x10 = approximately 20x Height
- 3.0x Distance + Distance x10</span> = approximately 30x Distance
- 10.0x / 10.0x + both x10 toggles = an effective target of up to 100x / 100x
Expect extreme launches, impacts, ragdolls, collisions, unusual map interactions, or other unpredictable behavior.
Recharge Cooldown
Recharge time can now also be changed directly through the in-game MODS menu. One important behavior to be aware of:
Changing the recharge setting does not alter a cooldown that is already in progress.
For example, if a jump begins with a 30-second cooldown and you change the setting to 3 seconds while it is still recharging, the current cooldown will still finish using the original 30-second duration.
The next jump will use the newly selected 3-second cooldown.
Runtime Memory Edits
This mod uses runtime memory edits.Instead of permanently modifying the original game files, the mod locates specific LIFT-850 gameplay data while the game is running and temporarily changes the relevant movement and recharge values.
The changes only exist for the current game process and are applied through the mod loader.
Future game updates may change the underlying data layout and require the mod to be updated.
Use mods at your own risk.
Vanilla Behavior
The mod retains exact vanilla settings when configured to:- 1.0x Jump Height
- 1.0x Travel Distance
- Height x10 Off
- Distance x10 Off
- 15 second Recharge Cooldown
A fresh game session using vanilla movement also performs no movement write.

Known Issues / Limitations
- Values above 10x Height or Distance use extrapolated physics and are marked [UNSTABLE].
- Running momentum is preserved, so running jumps can travel farther than the selected Distance multiplier.
- Very high Height values can result in extremely long falls and unusual ragdoll or collision behavior.
- Very high speeds can result in being ragdolled upon landing.
- Changing Recharge Cooldown during an active cooldown only affects the next recharge.
- Future Helldivers 2 updates may change the runtime data used by the mod.
Multiplayer
This mod was tested in solo missions only.Do not use this mod in public lobbies.
