FEAT: allow multiple home TV videos

I noticed I could detect turning on/off the home TV and actually do something with it. So I made it pick a random index every time you toggle it, allowing for multiple videos within the same mod.

FEAT: Added Home TV + Theater

I finally managed to mod the home TV and cinema screen after a painful attempt to reverse engineer how they did those.. enjoy

FIX: game version 1.0.19

NTE dropped version 1.0.19, which breaks having simple MP4s in the correct folder. We must now use PAKs, like skin mods.

The app was updated to embed retoc and automatically build PAKs for each video.
