Hi! Welcome to my second mod!
My favorite warbond is Servants of Freedom, so you know I had to do this. I unnerfed the Ultimatum, restoring it to how it was before patch 1.003.000. I cross-referenced this with several pre-nerf YouTube videos..
This requires Bingus Shared Loader; place it last / highest priority in your load order, with HD2Runtime directly below / above it. In other words, Bingus Shared Loader needs the highest priority and HD2Runtime the second highest.
I needed around 15 seconds for the mod to activate, so please wait on the ship.

I included an optional file that is the pre-nerf stats minus the explosion damage, so instead of 1,000 damage, it remains at 2,000 damage.

Sway was already put back to 1 by a later patch, so there was nothing to change.

What's restored:
- Projectile damage: 1,000 → 3,500
- Explosion damage: 2,000 → 1,000 (the in-game damage now reads 4,500, like before)
- Explosion inner radius: 2m → 4m
- Demolition force: 40 → 50
- Projectile armor penetration back to Anti-Tank IV (the patch notes say it was Anti-Tank IV but don't list per-angle values, so I matched the 380mm's profile)
What I didn't change:
- Stagger/shockwave radius. It's still 25m, so you keep the bigger stagger range from the nerf patch.
- Hellpod Optimization Booster. They added it back in for patch 1.003.000.
Sway was already put back to 1 by a later patch, so there was nothing to change.
