Some people simply don't understand.
Even with this "buff'', it still won't headshot 80% times.

Because ArrowHead secretly buff the enemies with their stag force TWO TIMES STRONGER which make you ragdoll 50% playing time.
(Then sell us new warbond for anti-ragdoll armor, how generous they are.)

Tell me that's a fair design, I doubt though.

As much as the constitution sucks ass, I hope this isn't the type of mod that ends up negatively affecting the modding community in the eyes of Arrowhead. This can't possibly be called a QoL if it modifies weapon stats, or any stat at all really.

You're a great mod author. Arrowhead has made a lot of weapons almost unusable, and I think that's bad for gameplay.

uknow,kinda not realistic ,but honestly fun as hell,making the constitution heavy pen with less ammo and fire rate makes it into a sidegrade and a good one at that,great reason to pick it up and go ham on the enemies..

i wish the m90a had heavy pen so it would be on par the same performance as the halo version,cause that thing shredded anything that wasnt a vehicle...seing it here fall short to the dome of a door shaped bug (hiveguard) is straoght up insulting...please if you can read this,can you please make a mod that makes the m90a heavy pen,would appreciate it very much
