PC Senran Kagura Burst Re:Newal Delocalization / Translation Mod 0.6

- Fixed (I hope) all the errors where there were too many or too few line breaks.
- Fixed (I hope) all the errors where the lines were too long and the text overflowed the dialogue box.
- Retranslation of many lines (primarily Katsuragi and Hibari)
This is a major update, and it's basically a mandatory one.

- several corrections to the translation
- the previous version may not have worked properly because the files were saved as .dat instead of .cat (editable JSON files are first saved as .dat and then as .cat; I accidentally saved them as .dat)

- Restored metric units (km, cm, Celsius)
- Few other fixes
