- General script cleanup

- Updated the translation of a large number of lines, including excessive localization and the exaggeration of character traits that didn't make sense
- Fully restored third-person speech for several characters (a few lines were still missing previously)

This patch is essentially a release candidate for testing. It should be much better than the previous version.

Numerous corrections regarding missing honorifics, missing line breaks, excessively long lines, and translation fixes.

- Fixed (I hope) all the errors where there were too many or too few line breaks.
- Fixed (I hope) all the errors where the lines were too long and the text overflowed the dialogue box.
- Retranslation of many lines (primarily Katsuragi and Hibari)
This is a major update, and it's basically a mandatory one.
