Shield Relay edited to have 180 duration/cd inspired by the mortar, from 40/90.
Half health and regeneration to 2000-200 from 4000-400,
Relay health 900 with 0 armor from 450/2,
And 10 second restart from 45 when the shield is broken.
Used HD2R Editor, you can use this file as mod or just copy the stats if you have it.
Decided to share because I think it made the stratagem more fun and its still relatively balanced.
Requires Bingus Shared Loader v15+ / API 1 and HD2Runtime 0.40.0+ / API 1; install dependencies separately.
