elichika — SIFAS: All Stars private server (Android app)

A private server for SIFAS (Love Live! School Idol Festival All Stars) that runs as one Android app — the server, its web UIs, and the tools. Point a patched SIFAS client at 127.0.0.1:8080 and play.

This page is the standalone server + tools.

You need

• Android 10+ and this app (the elichika APK).
• A patched SIFAS client for your region — both are attached to this page: LLAS_GL_LOCAL.apk (Global) and LLAS_JP_LOCAL.apk (Japan). Install the one that matches your game region.

Note: releases aren't always thoroughly tested before they go out, so you may run into bugs.

Install & use

1. Open the APK; allow "install unknown apps" if asked, then install.
2. Open elichika. On first run it asks for storage permission — allow it (game files live in your shared Download/sukusta folder; see "Game data" below). Allow notifications too.
3. Install the patched client (LLAS_GL_LOCAL.apk or LLAS_JP_LOCAL.apk) the same way.
4. In the Console tab, tap Start (the server runs in the background, shown by a notification).
5. Open the patched client — it connects to the server on your phone.

Update by installing a newer APK over the old one (data is kept). If the game can't connect, reopen elichika and check the server is started.



Game data & downloads
SIFAS's song/costume packs aren't all bundled — they're fetched as needed. From the Console tab:

• On demand (default): while you play, each pack downloads the first time it's needed. The game client caches it (and, with CDN cache on, the server also saves a copy to packs — see below), so it isn't fetched again; content you've already loaded plays offline. Internet is only needed for packs you don't have yet. Tip: if you're filling packs this way, keep elichika in the foreground (not the game) while it downloads so they finish.
• Download all game files (archive.org): pulls the complete pack set (about 17–19 GB) up front into the packs folder — nothing loads mid-play afterward and you can play fully offline. It's large, so use Wi-Fi and free space.
• Download missing (CDN): fetches only the packs you don't have yet into the packs folder.

CDN cache (on by default): the server saves each pack it serves into the packs folder and re-serves it locally, so a pack is downloaded only once. Clearing it is safe — anything needed re-downloads.

Where files go (and the permission): elichika keeps everything under Download/sukusta on your phone's shared storage — packs (game pack cache), extracted (decrypted models), modded (edited bundles), suit / live / card / livetimeline (add-on drop folders), sql (DB patches), backup (database backups), logs. It's the shared location the server, the tools, and your file manager all reach, which is why the app asks for storage permission on first run. Because it's shared storage, these files stay even if you uninstall the app (reinstalling won't re-download the packs).

Note: your account/progress lives in the app's databases, not loose in that folder. Before uninstalling, back it up — Server content tab → Backup Database (backs up all databases), or Account tab → Import/Export.

The five tabs

• Console — start/stop the server; download game files (full set / missing); toggle CDN cache; settings; guide.
• Server — the server's admin web UI (server settings: resources, item amounts, CDN, etc.).
• Account — your account web UI: add resources, import/export a backup, reset progress, or reset the account while keeping your login.
• Server content — dev tools: extract/decrypt costumes (incl. irochi variants), install add-on zips, clone a costume to another character, back up / restore the databases, reset.
• Asset editing — modding tools: costume transplant (skin-tone/body match), part transplant, recolour; skirt/breast/hip/thigh size, colliders; texture import, packer.

Tips

• Settings → Game-data language: load only your region for a faster server start.
• Settings → UI language: English / 한국어 / 日本語.
• Back up (Server content → Backup Database, or Account → Import/Export) before big changes.

Heads-up: the Android app runs in a different environment than the Termux / Mac / PC versions, so you may hit the occasional app-specific bug while using it. Back up regularly and report issues so they can be fixed.
