Fixed issue where players in quest "The SBC Glocken" where they had to talk to Klein to progress but weren't able to.

Minor adjustments, players can now speedrun the story to complete it faster.

Due to the way this was done, online (PvP/CO-OP) is disabled while the mod file is enabled, when you are done using this mod please remove it from your PAK file to re-enable online lobby hosting/searching
