Why is my cannon still a cannon backpack, not a supply backpack

Maybe your cannon wasn't set to drop with a backpack (you can set this in the mod options). right now, it doesn't support all weapons (e.g., wasp, expendables), but those will be included in the next version
or if you're using arsenal try set mod's priority higher
