Optimized the crap out of all mods and also fixed HD2MM support

Fixed some edges and doesn't change much on the mod apart from optimizations/fixes than probably won't be noticed but will make this more stable

Small update to fix/match a new bingus loader requirement (Clanker message below)

v1.1.3 — loader alignment. Values unchanged (500/300).

Update Bingus Shared Loader to v18 first (the LuaJIT cache fix — replace the
loader entry, then Purge / Deploy). This mod needs nothing from that update:
the package format and addon declaration are unchanged across loader v15–v18,
and it now follows v18's shared-cache rules (no jit.flush / jit.attach, no
per-frame string building).
