I'm uploading this tool as it can be usefull to correct neck seam.
If you are using a blender version higher than 2.79, the plugin which prevents normals damage in the body mesh will not work, so it's necessary to use this tool to correct this.
Load *.TMC file in the tool
Check the box "Correct Neck Vertices" and select the girl the mod belongs to.
Check the box "Smooth Seams for Overlapping Vertices..."
Select in the "TMC Mesh Group" the option "All Groups (Single OBJ)"
Press the "Inject Into TMC" button
A backup for the mod *.TMC file will be created automatically.
