Previous version was extremely op

This is v0.2, its a less overpowered version of the original, (less like the flamethrower and more like how the gun should be), list of changes below.

-Damage 150 -> 65

-Gas Buildup 0.50 -> 0.75

-Magazine Size 225 ->225 (still the same)

-Gas Duration 10sec -> 15sec
