The sterilizer now applies the acid rain debuff. The duration of the effect is 20 seconds (Let me know if that's too long or not) and gas has been rebalanced to deal more damage the more durable a target is. Gas duration is increased by a couple of seconds and the gas confusion effect is also extended. You should now see a noticable difference in confusion duration compared to before.
Duration and damage may conflict with other stat altering mods like Shodan's stat editor though I can't confirm that it reverts any changes this mod makes.
